A note from Cam —

We are releasing this cookbook as a way to celebrate the holidays together. In the midst of our busy lives, the holidays serve as a reminder to pause, be present and express gratitude for the simple joys that surround us.

Regardless of what the news says, there is so much love in the world and this team is a great testimony of that. Despite the many hurdles that we've had to overcome this year, we've always managed to stay kind and relentlessly support one another, even when we were most tired. The understanding and compassion that we all exude on a daily basis is one of the many things that makes this team so special. I am grateful for the grace and kindness that this team has shown me this year and for the love you all have spread.

Whether it's the warmth shared through daily laughter or the joy of gathering together for a meal, let us cherish these moments and carry them through with us to next year.

I’d like invite us all to cheers to our hard work this year and to the love that we've spread and want to take this opportunity to share with you a reflection that has guided me this year. Whenever I feel unsure about the future, I turn to look at the past to see how far I've come. And when I look at how far this team has come over the 10 years I've known it, I know that we'll be just fine in whatever our next chapter is.

Treat yourself to these vegan delights — share the joy with loved ones or keep the delicious secret to yourself! Effortlessly crafted & ideal for satisfying those late-night cravings.
    Bid farewell to dull snacks and let these baked goodies bring a pop of excitement to your taste buds ☆


INGREDIENTS 
Doughnut:
  1. 1 ½ cups plain flour
  2. 1 tsp baking powder
  3. ¾ cup sugar
  4. 4 tbsp vegan butter, melted
  5. ¾ cup + 1 tbsp plant based milk
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze:
  1. ½ cup powdered sugar
  2. 1 tbsp plant based milk
  3. ½ tsp vanilla
  4. ☆ Add a few drops of food coloring if you feel funky ☆

PREPARATION
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F and have a doughnut mold ready.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar together in a bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk and vanilla and fold in gently.
  4. Carefully spoon the mixture into the pan (will make roughly 8 doughnuts).
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and leave to cool completely in the pan.
  6. Remove doughnuts from the pan and decorate. Be creative ♡

Dites adieu aux collations ennuyeuses et laissez ces pâtisseries stimuler vos papilles. ☆


INGRÉDIENTS
Beigne :
  1. 1 ½ tasse de farine tout usage
  2. 1 c. à thé de poudre à pâte
  3. ¾ tasse de sucre
  4. 4 c. à table de beurre végétalien, fondu
  5. ¾ tasse + 1 c. à table de lait végétal
  6. 1 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille

Glaçage :
  1. ½ tasse de sucre en poudre
  2. 1 c. à table de lait végétal
  3. ½ c. à thé de vanille
  4. ☆ Ajoutez quelques gouttes de colorant alimentaire si vous vous sentez funky ☆

PRÉPARATION
  1. Préchauffez le four à 180 °C (350 °F) et préparez un moule à beignes.
  2. Mélangez la farine, la poudre à pâte et le sucre dans un bol.
  3. Ajoutez le beurre fondu, le lait et la vanille et incorporez-les délicatement.
  4. Versez délicatement le mélange dans le moule (vous obtiendrez environ 8 beignes).
  5. Faites cuire au four pendant 25 à 30 minutes, jusqu’à ce que les beignes soient dorés. Laissez-les refroidir complètement dans le moule.
  6. Démoulez les beignes et décorez-les. Soyez créatif·ve ♡
